Fees
Whilst a fixed charge is made for the preparation and witnessing of some notarial documents e.g. Wills and Spanish Powers of Attorney, charges for other matters are made according to the time spent on the individual matter. No extra mark-up is made to reflect the specialised nature and complexity of the work.
